For most of our lamps and shades, a gentle dusting with a soft, dry microfiber cloth is sufficient. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, especially on our hand-finished brass and glass components, to preserve their luster and finish.

What is your shipping policy for fragile items?

We take immense care in packaging our products. All glass and ceramic items are double-boxed with protective cushioning. We offer standard and express shipping options, with full tracking provided via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Pooky products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers any electrical faults or manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind that your home investments are built to last.

What is your return policy if a piece doesn't suit my room?
